2021 Annual Technical Workshop for Project Management and Performance Review

The Secretariat is pleased to organize the 2021 Annual Technical Workshop (ATW) for Project Management and Performance Review on 23 and 24 June 2021. The workshop will take place from 15:00 to 17:30 PM (Seoul time) on both days.

This workshop aims to revisit the current year’s achievements; reflect and share lessons learned from each project and successful cases/practices; and explore project development opportunities (potential in-country or regional projects) among Implementing Agencies (IAs), including the indicative work plan/framework relative to the medium and long-term AFoCO project portfolio and project management profile.

The Secretariat invites all National Focal Points, and one (1) project manager and one (1) project staff from each IA engaged in ongoing projects, including those under inception arrangements, to the ATW. Participating IAs are requested to submit responses relating to project performance and issues and concerns before 15 June 2021 using the templates as attached in Annexes 2, 3, 4, and 5. IAs are also requested to deliver short
presentations on their project experiences at the workshop (10 minutes for each completed project and 5 minutes for each ongoing project or project under inception arrangements).
