The Grand Opening Ceremony of the AFoCO Regional Education and Training Center (RETC) was held on 14 July 2018. About 130 guests were invited to celebrate and congratulate the grand opening of the Center.
Along with the Acting Executive Director of AFoCO, H.E. U Ohn Win, Union Minister of Natural Resources and Conservation and Mr. Ryu Kwang-su, Vice Minister of Korea Forest Service welcomed Ambassadors and representatives as well as the ASOF Leaders of the AFoCO members.
The AFoCO RETC, situated at Hmawbi, Myanmar, is built on a total area of 28,000 square meters with a total area of 5,014 square meters. The RETC aspires to foster young global leaders for greener Asia.
