Camerata Salzburg, one of the leading chamber orchestras in the world, is helping to raise awareness of forest-related issues and the need to address climate change issues as AFoCO’s Goodwill Ambassador.
As an act of goodwill, Camerata Salzburg has generously offered to AFoCO, the royalties for two of its performance recordings in the form of limited edition compact discs. The CD, titled CAMERATA SALZBURG: Live from the Mozarteum features two symphonies composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and performed by the orchestra live in 2018 and 2019.
Camerata Salzburg has attained international success in the musical arena and AFoCO hopes that collaboration with the orchestra will open up opportunities to reach out to music lovers and promote awareness on the importance of forests and their role in addressing global climate change issues.
