Expanding partnership in agriculture and forestry with AARDO Far East Regional Office

July 1, 2025 — AFoCO and the African-Asian Rural Development Organization (AARDO) entered into a new partnership aimed at enhancing cooperation in agriculture and forestry for sustainable development.

Through this partnership, the two parties commit to:

  • Promoting sustainable development in the agriculture and forestry sectors in regions of mutual interest
  • Exchanging information and providing mutual support in line with their missions and functions, including the sharing of human and material resources
  • Exploring and expanding collaboration for the future

Chongho Park, the Executive Director of AFoCO and Dr. Jun-won LEE, Honorary Representative, the Regional Representative of AARDO Far East Regional Office emphasized that the partnership reflects a shared vision for sustainability and a strong foundation for long-term collaboration.

The signing ceremony took place on July 1, 2025 at the AFoCO Secretariat, with representatives expressing optimism about the positive impact this cooperation will bring.
