Our regional and individual projects in member countries are aligned with our Strategic Priorities and the national policies and needs of implementing countries. AFoCO projects are coordinated by local project managers, who work with local municipalities and community stakeholders to manage the implementation of project activities in accordance with the approved work plan and budget. Project Steering Committee meetings attending by project staff and members of the Secretariat are held annually to review the progresses of the year and identify issues that need to be resolved.
