The Forestry Administration (FA) of Cambodia, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), in cooperation with the Asian Forest Cooperation Organization (AFoCO), invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the design and construction services for the Project “Establishment of the ASEAN-Republic of Korea (ROK) Garden in Cambodia”.
The deadline for the submission of Proposal (Technical and Financial Proposal) will be Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 3PM. Proposal must be submitted by hand delivery to the following address: Forestry Administration (N°40), Preah Norodom Blvd., Phnom Penh, Cambodia, 3rd Floor, Tel: (855) 089-919-597 or (855) 77-805-610. The Technical Proposal shall also be submitted via email to [email protected].
Interested Bidders are required to download the complete set of Bidding Documents attached herewith (or via the download link provided below) and kindly requested to submit a Letter of Intent by Thursday, July 13, 2023, using the standard form provided in the Bidding Documents. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference with Site Orientation will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 10AM at the Project Site (Khun Ream Station, Khna Rongveas village, Khun Ream Commune, Banteay Srey District in Siem Reap Province). Only Bidders who have submitted a valid Letter of Intent will be permitted to attend the Pre-bid Conference. To qualify for participating this bidding, the Bidders shall meet the minimum Eligibility and Qualification criteria specified in the Bidding Documents.
The Bidder shall bear all expenses related to the preparation and submission of the Proposal. The Bidder is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms, drawings and specifications in the Bidding Documents and to furnish with its Proposals all information and documentation as is required by the Bidding Documents. Failure to furnish all information and documentation required by the Bidding Documents may result in the rejection of the Proposal.
