AFoCO has been organizing the Annual Technical Workshop (ATW) for Project Management and Performance Review since 2020. The workshop’s purpose is to revisit the current year’s achievements, and progress while reflecting and sharing the overall experience of projects including the lessons learned from successful cases and practices, and project development ideas among the Implementing Agencies (IAs). The 2025 ATW was held in September 2025 in Seoul, South Korea. The workshop comprised the 2024 performance review of completed and ongoing projects and included interactive discussions to help build networks and promote exchanges among the participants. A special sesssion on AFoCO’s Blended Finance Approach also shared about AFoCO’s strategic direction on blended finance under the Climate Action Plan, and introduce feasibility studies that are being conducted in Cambodia and Myanmar.
